2010 Jaguar XJ


The XJ been the flag bearer for the manufacturer “Jaguar” since late 60s till date, the 2010 model comes as a 4-door sedan car, also available in coupe (convertible in 5 different models i.e. XJ8, XJ8-L, XJR, XJ Vanden Plas, XJ-V8) architecturally designed from light weighted aluminium.

Carrying a 4.2L, V8 300hp – 400hp rated engines this machine is simply too hot to handle. Equipped with a 6-speed auto transmission, rear wheel driven, this one actually “has a point of view” as stated by Ian Callum the Jaguar design Director. Safety is not left out of the design as the new Jaguar XJ models come with additional side airbags for the front seats and curtain airbags that run the entire length of the machine.

According to an auto mag:

The XJ8 and XJ8-L models are equipped with 18inches tyres, a suspension that adapts itself according to road conditions, xenon headlights, a system to assist the driver park the vehicle, Bluetooth connectivity, auto powered front seats and pedals adjustments

The XJR comes in 20inches high performance tyres, power controlled side mirrors, navigation system, and musical system powered by Alpine

The XJ Vanden Plas model is equipped with 19inches tyres, rugs made of lamb wool, heated power steering wheel, and the expensive sound system designed by Alpine

The 2010 XJ supper V8 model comes in full option mode just as the XJR except for the integrated braking system and the DVD system in the back
